1. Course Enrollment & Fees

  • Once a student enrolls in any course and the payment is successfully made, the fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances.
  • All course materials, access, and digital resources are considered delivered once login access or offline materials are provided.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • Technical issues where the student is unable to access the course and the issue remains unresolved within 7 working days.
  • Duplicate payment made by mistake after verification by our accounts department.
  • Course cancellation by the institute due to unforeseen reasons.

3. No Refund Will Be Provided For

  • Change of mind after course enrollment.
  • Partial usage or attendance of the course.
  • Failure to attend online or offline classes.
  • Incomplete documentation or delay from the student’s end.

4. Transfer or Course Change

  • Students can request a change of course or batch within 7 days of enrollment, subject to approval by the administration. Any fee difference must be adjusted accordingly.
  • Course transfers are not guaranteed and depend on seat availability.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Full name
  • Course name
  • Payment receipt/transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 working days.
